| Do you ship to my country? | |
| At present, we sell from this website only to customers in North America, Asia and Australia. All other customers can order through our office in Altdorf, Germany, which supplies music to institutional customers in Europe, South America and Africa. Items listed on this website can be ordered from the German office but prices may differ. Email your inquiry or order to: [email protected]. To verify whether we can ship to your country please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. | What are my payment choices? | |
| During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Only established institutional accounts may choose to pay by check. The first order for any institutional account needs to be paid by credit card. See this page for information on establishing an open institutional account: Institutional Accounts. Schools ordering with a purchase order number will need to fax a purchase order form marked "confirming" unless we have a blanket order on file. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is automatically estimated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their approximate prices. These are only estimates. Shipping charges will depend on whether rush delivery has been requested (in Step 4 of checkout) and whether multiple shipments are necessary. We will ship your order to arrive within the normal time frame listed for items on your order. | |
